Ervaring

Project Coordinator @ FairAgroFood
feb 2022 — Huidig

As project coordinator I had to make sure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. Project coordinator works with various members of the project team and the funding parties to develop a timeline, create schedules, and oversee progress in the field to make sure goals are met on time.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work
hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Develop and implement Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) plan
- Grand proposals/ fundraising (Challenge Fund for Youth Employment,
RVO Ambassy of the Netherlands in Sudan, ZOA, CARE Sudan)
- Reporting project progress to stakeholders (CFYE, Ecosia, RVO)
- Ensuring project deadlines are met
- Proposing project strategies working close with the field
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
- Representing, organising, and participating in stakeholder meetings
