I am an interdisciplinary young scholar passionate about coastal and marine social-ecological systems and just, sustainable transformations. Based on a diverse disciplinary background with theoretical and practical experience in ecosystem-based adaptation, environmental psychology and development studies, I am eager to apply critical thinking, innovative science and a proactive mindset to reach my professional objectives. I am looking for a challenging academic career that allows me to combine and nurture my scholarly interests in the intersections of sustainable transformations and global justice. I am skilled in social and behavioral scientific research within the context of global environmental and sustainability issues. Moreover, I am fluent in three language (German, English and Spanish) and have worked in many international context with local communities (e.g., Indonesia, Ecuador, Mexico). Apart from this, I have a documented history in educational work, as well as in project development and management.
