Program consisted of a research-led approach into the methodology and skills needed to research social policy and intervention issues in the domain of public health. Strong focus on developing academic and professional skills to design, implement, and evaluate social policy. Master's thesis on "Barriers and Facilitators to the Uptake of HIV Self-Testing and Entry into Care: A Qualitative Study on Users’ Experiences from the Community-Based Distribution Model of the STAR Program in South Africa"
Program included a focus on research in sociology, organization studies, human resource studies, and an analysis of complex societal challenges and policy responses in addition to a focus on project and design management and an emphasis on methodological and research skills.

Ervaring
While working as the administrative assistant to the head of a craft beer company I was responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including the management of correspondence from clients and customers and organizing the content of the company’s website.
As a graduate researcher I was responsible for familiarizing myself with the quantitative program data, engaging in fieldwork for distribution of HIV self-testing kits, and participating in all research processes related to the qualitative study, including collection of data for the final qualitative data analysis that would result in my Master’s thesis.
Manage the new sales process for EMEA beginning to end for all market types: Business Developers, Subway Market Operations and Master Franchisees. Responsible for both establishing new and improving existing business development processes. Franchise legal responsibilities included ensuring franchise agreement payments and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation. Thorough familiarity with and adherence to local laws pertaining to franchise sales and disclosure information.
