empowerment non-profit. grant work, funding, and
organizing (overseeing) workshops.
Workshops on: the construction of pedal power machines by
women in rural areas of Nicaragua. We teach how to
generate energy with welding pedal power machines and
hold dialogues about empowerment, gender
issues/stereotypes, and autonomy.
We are a local ecofeminist organization in Nicaragua for
Nicaraguans

We protect migrants in Spain who are victims of exploitation, violation, and harassment (as domestic
workers and sex workers). Programs include shelter care, diversity training, integration, and
empowerment. (We focus mostly on women from Latin America).

Managing Plan de Acogida (Policy) (Welcoming plan) for migrant women as part of WE-Care (
Oxfam Novib). Manage projects on diversity, integration, and shelters.
Currently setting up project MATRIZ for UN Migrations: empowering the value of migrant
organizations. Managing the international expansion of our projects.
Communication/lobbying and organization with (non)governmental organizations for the
improvement of rights/laws.
