With two master's degrees in international development studies from Wageningen University (Netherlands) and demography from the University of Dodoma (Tanzania), I have embarked on a transformative journey in the realm of data analytics and sustainability. These certifications have equipped me with a profound understanding of sustainable practices and honed my proficiency in data analytics. Als lid van het MT ben ik actief betrokken bij de ontwikkeling van de visie van de Topmavo. Naast de dagelijkse gang van zaken houd ik mij o.a. bezig met het aansturen van mijn team, het schrijven en uitvoeren van het school- en jaarplan, ontwikkeling en borging van de kwaliteit van het onderwijs.
Met het oog op personeelsbeleid heb ik ervaren dat als het met het individu goed gaat, dat ook voor de school goed is. Hierbij horen, naast de gesprekkencyclus en het begeleiden van re-integratietrajecten, ook de moeilijke situaties van het overlijden van een collega en het ontslaan van medewerkers.
In mijn rol als afdelings neem ik deel aan verschillende platfora.
Naast het ontwikkelen en verzorgen van economie onderwijs ben ik in deze periode o.a. mentor, projectcoördinator en voorzitter van de medezeggenschapsraad geweest.
