As an associate consultant I independently drove workstreams, being responsible for the (excel) analyses, conducting expert interviews, building storylines, and concisely presenting my findings. I have also managed interns and worked directly with clients.
· Industry experience: Wind turbine manufacturing (inventory optimization); FMCG and Advanced manufacturing services (General strategy, Operating model, Supply chain optimization), Biodiversity strategy (internal research)
· Case example biodiversity strategy: developed internal knowledge covering the biodiversity crisis and the role of businesses within that, both as a driver of the problem and of its solution. Collaborated with the WBCSD on a “CEO briefing” to concisely inform CEOs on the role of their business in the biodiversity crisis.
