I have also gained knowledge and experience on action planning for projects and programs for execution within budget and timeframe as well as stakeholder analysis.

The 9 and half years' work experience as a Development Planner in Ghana I have supplemented it with a recent masters study, in MSc. Urban Management and Development at Rotterdam Erasmus University. During my study I have acquired extra knowledge on the complexity of urban development, city management with a focus on Housing in the Global South, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and New Urban Agenda (NUA) expanding my perspective on sustainability and urbanism.

I'm passionate and strive for quality in my work. I'm a team player and I like to work with colleagues as well as individually. I am proactive and put in extra effort when necessary.
I've already started learning the Dutch language, and I'm keen to learn it to a professional level.
