With my educational background in Nutrition, I had recently transitioned in the recruitment industry. As I plunged into the role of Human Resource , I was able to learn and assemble the recruitment and staffing task. Some of my previous successes include:
1. Identified and implemented a performance management system throughout the organization.
2. Assisted at revising new-hire orientation for onboarding employees.
3. Created an effective communication pipeline for the organization.
4. Presented public health nutrition importance to the community on international health days to the community (in India) as a supervisor of the Health and Project Department.
At present I am looking to join a team where I will be an asset with my Nutrition and Human Resource skills. A team that will steer me into learning and upgrading my skills.
Opleiding
2 years Masters Degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition. This included 6 months research work and 6 months on clinical internship.
3 years Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Chemistry and Human Development.
