Finance & Quality Manager ( Member of the Management Team)
Reports to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- To be overall responsible for the management of the Finance department and to develop relevant internal processes and Quality standards within i+solutions.
- To manage the administration and back office support department.
- Ensure & put in place internal processes aimed at optimization of services.
- To manage the MIS of i+solutions, Unit 4 Aggresso.
- To manage and optimize the use of financial and service partners.
- Manage employees’ remuneration and pension schemes.
- Monitor closely the business performance to ensure the achievement of financial targets.
- Maintain contact with auditors/banks/fiscal authorities.
- Overall shared management reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum HBO level
- Fluency in written and spoken English & Dutch. Additional languages known is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including sound knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications.
- 5-10 years work experience.
- A hands-on and positive attitude.
- A team player
