The scan assesses technical topics such as policies and plans, and at the same time more behavioural topics such as attitude and responsibility.
At the end of the questionnaire your results are reproduced in a "spider web diagram". Using this diagram, you gain insight in your organisational strong points, and the areas where improvement is required. The diagram has five levels: Poor, Fragile, Basic, Advanced and Professional.
