🌍 Become a Trainer at SIW and Make a Difference!
Are you passionate about travel, culture, and volunteering? Do you have experience with experiential learning and want to inspire young people preparing for international adventures? Then we’d love to have you on board as a trainer at SIW!
💼 What will you do?
As a trainer at SIW, you will:
- Lead engaging training for young people preparing for international volunteer projects. Cover topics like:
- Intercultural communication

- Non-violent communication & conflict resolution
-
- Sustainability in different contexts
- Help develop our new e-learning module.
- Train international volunteers coming to the Netherlands.
- Inspire new SIW team members during onboarding sessions.
- Represent SIW at events, schools, and on social media.
- (Optional) Coach individual SIW volunteers or staff.
👀 Who are you?
- You believe in the power of volunteering.
- You have experience leading interactive, non-formal trainings.
- You’re proactive, social, and know how to motivate others.
- Experience with international volunteering is a plus.
- You’re a great communicator and enjoy working with diverse people.
- You’re available for about 2 hours a week for at least 2 years.
- Preferably based in or near Utrecht.
