English Language Teacher in China (Senior High School)

We're recruiting two dedicated English teachers to join our school in Hangzhou, China.

Starting date: 1st September 2024

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Engaging English Lessons: Your dynamic teaching style will ignite their curiosity and love for the language.
• Tailor your lesson plans to accommodate students' proficiency levels. Your creativity will make learning enjoyable and effective, whether they're beginners or advanced.
• Evaluate students regularly and provide constructive feedback. Your insights will guide their growth and help them achieve their language goals.
• You can teach up to 20 hours weekly, ensuring a balanced workload. Classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Attend staff meetings to learn about educational policies, special procedures, and teaching requirements. Your active participation will contribute to our schools.

Selection Criteria:

• A BachelBachelor'se is required.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• A competitive monthly salary of RMB 15,000, approximately EUR 1,800 net, will be offered. The exact amount will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
