The Blue Cooling Initiative (BCI) is an urgent and critical response to the accelerating climate crisis, spearheaded by a diverse coalition of scientists, opinion leaders, civil servants, and politicians. The Initiative focuses on advancing ocean-based cooling solutions, with a particular emphasis on Marine Cloud Brightening (MCB).
