AgriPlace is an innovative company dedicated to boosting global sustainable food production through smarter data management. We converge and digitize farm data by designing and building an easy-to-use cloud platform: AgriPlace. It provides farmers with structure, efficiency and more fun in complying with market requirements. AgriPlace is currently operational in the Netherlands and 4 other countries.

Your responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of a portfolio of critical IT Services underpinning core business
  • Providing second line support to AgriPlace business partners
  • Developing and monitoring IT SLA and KPI performance
  • Embedding ITIL and equivalent process and procedures within the company
  • Building a knowledge base of standard processes, knowledge articles, known errors and FAQs
  • Develop the company's toolset and reporting dashboards to enhance proactive IT monitoring and awareness
  • User acceptance testing of new releases

Must Haves

  • BSc/MSc level education
  • Strong communication skills
  • A client focused and professional mindset
  • Fluency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Service management certification (e.g. ITIL V3, ASL)
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile development methods
  • Previous experience in service management or software development
  • Proficiency in Dutch and Spanish
