I completed the Master of Science (60 ECTS) in Social and Cultural Anthropology (General Track). I graduated with 'Cum Laude' honors, a GPA of 7.9, and a final thesis score of 8.5, as well as a nomination for the Mario Rutten 'Best Thesis' Award. My thesis considered embodied and creative identity negotiation through the practice of improvisational sensual dance in Amsterdam with theorectical themes of affect, sensory experience, and gender/sexuality.

I completed my Bachelor's of Arts in Cultural Anthropology with an overall GPA of 3.96, 'Summa Cum Laude' honors, participation in OSU's Summer Field School, and the presentation at OSU's research symposium of my original work regarding the experience of care providers during the pandemic. I completed several projects considering healthcare, racialized experiences of American farmers, food access, Pacific Northwest salmon practices, and creative, erotic movement.

Responsibilities included interpreting and facilitating provided lesson plans to class groups of up to 12 adult students from all backgrounds, utilizing artistic integrity, engaging sensitively and efficiently with students to ensure each person receives level-appropriate movements, maintaining standards of cleanliness, punctuality, and inclusivity to guarantee a client-focused
experience, and employing appropriate music, creative prompts, lighting, and movement direction to guide students into a space of freestyle expression.
I also completed a 200-hour training internship for 6 months before instructing.

Responsibilities include providing excellent on-call care for Amity’s after-school care program
with students ranging from 4 to 12 years of age, ensuring children’s safety while organizing fun,
engaging activities, ensuring each child receives a midday snack, and meeting all childcare needs
(emotional and practical) until a guardian or parents arrive.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with TAOU community (members and employees), attending/assisting /participating in TAOU community events or social gatherings, utilizing “Mindbody” software to complete any front desk duties during shifts that involve completing purchases as well as confirming appointments/class enrollments, contacting local businesses to create long-lasting community connections and managing collaborative promotions or workshops, and assisting with any marketing efforts for the studio. I additionally began the TAOU Studio blog with the creation of marketing material, blog posts, and interviews of local artists with whom the studio provided membership spotlights for.

Responsibilities include implementing school district-approved lesson plans for six different groups of sixth graders for roughly 30 to 45-minute blocks each, adjusting lesson plans to ensure the tutor is meeting the students at their point of knowledge in the curriculum, building positive rapport with students, logging all data associated with each group tutorin,g including names, behavioral status, subject comprehension, and time tutored for each student, and engaging in weekly meeting with the public school reading coaches to ensure clear communication within the school to support the students’ success.

Responsibilities as a pet care provider included effectively managing my schedule to ensure clients are given accurate dates or times for services, communicating clearly about my capabilities, asking relevant questions to maintain the best care for each service, arriving in a timely manner, expressing any care concerns with regard to the client, negotiating cost in terms
of the type of pet and length/type of service, administering medication to pets, employing diverse training techniques, providing thorough updates of the animal’s care, and detailing care expectations before, as well as during services.

Responsibilities as a nanny included many of the above qualities in regard to administrative
coordination, but additionally, providing compassionate care in which all children cared for are listened to, given engaging activities and assistance with any educational assignments or projects, provided safe supervision, and the expectations of the family are upheld to ensure my presence is a positive, enriching addition to home life.

to other medical facilities, accurately submitting doctor consults, and providing customer
service to ensure the well-being of patients as they wait for treatment.

Responsibilities included checking in/out guests from appointments or into the facility,
scheduling spa services, maintaining the cleanliness of the facility and general
housekeeping, and answering all phone calls and emails in a
professional manner, accurately calculating gratuity changes, providing outstanding customer
service to meet each guest’s individual needs, and following all security/safety protocols when
opening/closing the facility.
