The intersections of my work lay in healing wounds of modernity/coloniality towards collective liberation through transformative embodied learning experiences and building grassroots movements within (agro)ecology and social justice. I create spaces and activities for any-body to sense, relate, and imagine other ways of being that help us decolonize and re-member our being into relationality. I aim to do this by exploring arts, somatics & body movement, and rituals as pedagogical experiments for collective transformation. How can we invite uncomfortable sensations & emotions into collective spaces to disinvest from the ways modernity and colonialism have conditioned us to act out separation, progress, and supremacy? Further, I am active in the Palestine solidarity movement, organize educational events, and support food sovereignty of local community and agroecological projects. I like experimenting with food and herbal medicine, from growing, to preserving, to saving seeds.
