I am a human geographer who loves to write - both creatively and as a researcher. Currently I am working as a freelance journalist. researcher and writer. In my free time I´m attending the Schrijversvakschool in Amsterdam.
I am a curious person; learning about new perspectives and ideas gives me a lot of energy.
Sensitive to my environment I am good at reflecting on and questioning ‘business as usual’, never too shy to ask the awkward questions. I like not to take things for granted and feel very comfortable in dynamic environments. Internationally oriented, with strong local roots in my city of Rotterdam.

Meedraaien op de redactie voor lokale onderzoeksjournalistiek: verschillende artikelen gepubliceerd, VVOJ congres bezocht en communicatie verzorgd via website, nieuwsbrief en sociale media.
Als kwalitatief onderzoeker en deelprojectleider betrokken bij de lerende evaluatie van het Nederlands natuurbeleid (en de samenwerking daarbinnen). Daarnaast actief in het ontwikkelen van interactieve manieren om kennis op te doen en te communiceren (Natuurdialoog, excursies, workshops, Summer School Alternet). Ook stimuleerde ik zelfreflectie binnen de organisatie in het licht van toekomstbestendigheid (Transformerend PBL), de rol van kwalitatief onderzoek (Community of practice, co-organisator van seminar Werken als één overheid (6 juli 2021)) en het PBL t.a.v. de regio (artikel in Bestuurskunde).
