I am a recent graduate of Politics, Psyholocy, Law and Economics (PPLE), honors program at the University of Amsterdam. With an interdisciplinary academic background and a strong focus on societal issues, I am deeply motivated to contribute to meaningful, impact-driven work. With over 2 years of professional working experience, I am looking for opportunities within NGOs or international organizations where I can support projects that promote social good and positive global change.
Opleiding
Graduated from an honored program with GPA 8.1, I have acquired the ability to understand complex societal issues with an interdisciplinary approach. I also acquired excellent data analysis, presentation and academic writing skills.
Ervaring
-Communicate with over 60 customers and over 200 suppliers to ensure
accurate and timely payment, and resolve related questions and disputes,
involving over 20 cold calls per week and over 15 emails per day.
-Report directly to the Headquarters, including monthly bi-weekly payment
overview, monthly debtor report, monthly customer disputes report.
Forcast revenue and expense for the following month.
-Manage over 300 customer leases. Ensure the lease details in the system
align with the contracts. Communicate with the customer regarding
discrepancies.
-Assist with month-end and year-end tasks, including balance sheet
reconciliation, journal entries, bank reconciliation and other ad-hoc activities.
-Book journal entries using NetSuite system for over 50 entities, including
journals for bank charges, salaries, advances journals for intercompany
transactions and so forth.
-Upload and reconcile bank statements into NetSuite system monthly.
-Process invoices for over 50 entities.
-Manage and track expenditures and approval process.
-Process payments to the suppliers and contractors.
-Manage accounts payable mailbox and communicate with suppliers.
-Train new finance assistants. Create and continuously update manual on
finance assistant tasks.
-Data management (Updating HR leading indicators monthly, updating
company OKRs score weekly, organising data with Excel sheets, updating
employee databases)
-Social media management (Managing company’s LinkedIn, Facebook and
Instagram account)
-Recruitment (Screening resumes, scheduling and holding interviews, writing
and posting recruitment advertisements on the company’s website,
communication between recruiters and candidates)
-Communication among departments (Collecting opinions from all team
leaders, communication on OKRs progress and scaling-up goals,
communication on recruitment progress)
-Administration (Updating employees’s information, writing and sending out
contracts)
