Political advisory position in the cabinet of MEP Ibán García del Blanco, member of the Legal Affairs, Petitions and Culture and Education committees, the Euro-Latin American Parliamentary Assembly and the Delegation to
the EU-Chile Joint Parliamentary Committee. My duties included:
▪ Conducting extensive research on legislative proposals and policy, providing in-depth analysis and briefings to
support the MEP work.
▪ Drafting speeches, press releases and official correspondence on behalf of the MEP.
▪ Coordinated communications and engagements with a wide range of stakeholders from the private and
public sector.
▪ Following parliamentary sessions, committee meetings, and working groups.
▪ Advisory support in the development of legislative and non-legislative policies, including the drafting and
tabling of amendments.
▪ Active participation in inter-institutional and governmental communication, including diplomatic
relations.
▪ Managing the MEP’s agenda, including meetings and travel arrangements.
