While wars between states are becoming less common, armed conflicts within states are proliferating. The civilian population are often suffering and bearing the brunt of the conflict, requiring a humanitarian response. NGO’s are facing a variety of threats when operating in these contexts.
During the NGO Security Conference we will focus on several intra-state conflicts and their impact on NGO’s.
