Wemos

Wemos is a Netherlands-based civil society organization, founded in 1979. We strive for a world where everyone has access to health and wellbeing. No matter who you are and where you live. It is our mission to drive structural change to achieve global health justice. With a highly motivated team of around 15 staff (global health experts and support staff) we analyze the root causes of health inequity. We present solutions and call for action on the topics: access to medicines, finance for health and inclusive health systems. We have a flat organizational culture and the values that guide us are grounded, constructive, and fair. The management is in the hands of the director, who reports to the Supervisory Board. The division of tasks, authorities and responsibilities is defined in Wemos’ statutes.
