The Hague is known worldwide as the international city of peace and justice and as the first ImpactCity in the world. Under the heading of ‘doing good & doing business ‘ the Hague believes that economic success goes well with solutions for a better world.
Especially for corporates ImpactCity organizes the session ‘ Innovation for a better world ‘. Several speakers provide an inspirational session on impact, including Leila Janah (CEO, Samasource) and Mark Nelson (co-founder of the Peace Innovation Institute). In between, there is opportunity for interaction and there are pitches of a number of startups. There is also a tour through Race Village (Volvo Ocean Race) and a lunch.
